Entrepreneurship is not for everyone. Now i get it. Only the strong survive. You are where you are as a result of your best thinking, change your thinking and your life will change. You do have to be taking action. Consistent action.
This shit ain’t easy, this whole thing of being an entrepreneur, working for yourself, working from anywhere, the hustle never stops, yes – you trying to make money online, building a business, even the stuff i sell is not always easy for everyone, some people reach success faster than ever….
i struggled for my first 9 months in this industry and then went on to make six figures, then multi six figures, then seven figures, then multiple seven figures in like less than 4 years, not everyone can do that, so the best thing to do is to be your best self and only focus on beating yourself and being your best-self…
Comparing yourself to others and putting others on a pedestal is a loser’s game, so stop doing it if you are….
Everyone is on a journey – you are on a journey too, embrace that journey…

I believe i’ve had a little unfair advantage cos of where i grew up from, hustling was part of my life as far as i can remember, when i was 14-15 i was selling phones in Sunday Market (Brick Lane, London) when i was 17 i was importing stuff from China to sell, when my friends was getting jobs, i was getting money on Ebay.
I would knock on my neighbours doors and tell them i am on my way to becoming a “Ebay Powerseller” and if they had shit in their garage, i would sell it for them for a commission…
From the beginning, I had entrepreneurship in my blood, i was more interested in getting money than playing sports or doing what normal kids would be doing, getting a job, getting a degree and working for 30 years for a pension.
Nah, no thanks. Scratch that.
When i was 19 i took all the money i had and went to Bulgaria to set up a property company. I had a grand plan that was going to make me millions and i’d retire before i was 21. It failed.
When i was 20 i thought i’d be smart to work for my dads construction company, steal his employees and start mine own, after the first project of laminating someone’s floor i made £90 / $140 and thought this is the way.
That fell short, as i got caught next day from my dad and his friends. That plan failed too. So i left.
As far as i can remember i hustled, alot of it was down to seeing how my father hustled, worked in factories and created wealth coming from a poor country and then settling in London and working his way up in the factory in Hackney, then in the property game.
This inspired me at a young age to want more, be more, do more, i’d see my mum on her second hand machine make skirts for 50 pence each.
Both my parents hustled, i hustled on the streets, i guess i became street smart and savvy from there and then built up on it.
I was very blessed to hang with my father’s friends when i was growing up, they were all broke bangladeshi guys that came to UK with nothing and in less than 10 years had kinda built themselves up…
it was a lot more interesting, intriguing, notable and valuable than my days on the streets with all the kids i knew growing up. You gotta hustle as if you are short of time, money, resources, by simply getting shit done.
One “hack” i use on myself - is developing a feeling of urgency and building up i believe the scariest thing that may happen basically don’t have this shit done.
The more intensity you can have within yourself, your small business that pressure drives you to definitely either have a amount of friction or fulfillment, either way it adds fuel towards the hustling power.
To persistence, your level of persistence when shit doesn’t exercise will determine how far you're going, there is certainly really not a way you can accept failure and quit, we have failed 10x more than i've succeeded, i assume it’s not sexy to inform how many times you fail, but i’ll let you know now each and every successful entrepreneur i've met didn't work more times than they have won, the’ve lost more cash compared to they usually make…
Hustling has to be part of your life, i was very blessed and still am to become surrounded by individuals who have supported me, that has also increased me believing in myself more. One time i had been talking with a buddy / mentor of mine Peter Nguyen (he’s a big deal) and i also remember just hearing him complimenting on my small hustle and that i could sense in himself he believes in what i’m doing. Attaining success might not be easy, specially when you are new and starting out, it requires lots of dedication, focus, attention and you also should be somebody who is centered on self growth. I work Two times as harder on myself, on my mind i then do on my business.
Mindset to approaching things is more important than the way you get it done, mindset results in having a strategic mindset where you can harness your distinct capability to create maximum results.

After i was a newbie kid (21yrs age) and accidentally came across started within this industry i needed more setbacks than a lot of people, i had dropped outta university in my final year, relatives and buddies laughing at the fact i would like to break the bank working from home…
I immediateley got into around $40,000 price of debt when i bought in to a $20k multi-level marketing program and then continued a rampage of buying every-and-any-damn course online marketing.
You'll excel faster than anyone else if you invest in yourself, get the right coaching, mentoring, and guidance from people who you want to be like.
Increase your skill development and become more attractive in the marketplace, have persistence, be networking with the top level players in your niche, study sales, marketing, influence and persuasion.
As an entrepreneur you also need to be immune to criticism and have a high pain tolerance.
Your degree of pain threshold determine business energy because it means you will not be giving up when things get tough, and oh boy - they'll.
A 6 figures will be tough. Your first 7 figures will be tough. Your first 8 figures will probably be tough less then where i'm heading for now, however use a strong fist and i am punching and fighting my way there. Lol.
No seriously, i am. A few of my challenges i face are only so damn ridiculous, and that i know most average people wouldn't normally be also in a position to comprehend it, however use a compelling “Why” plus a vision that gets me thru the cruel times. Make sure you have your own compelling future that will drive you forward even if you think all isn't working out.
Build these traits within yourself as an entrepreneur, create big goals, stick to your deadlines, and be held accountable.
Oh, and maybe the most important thing i can tell you, is stay detached to the end outcome, don't let your happiness be dependent on other people or how big your bank account gets, if i had nothing in this world, just my basic shelter i know ''ll be a happy camper.
Everything is an addition to my happiness, my happiness comes from within, comes from prayer, being in a state of gratitude, adding value to other people's lives.
Develop winning habits, start early, it's never too late. Find the habits that serve you and find role models who you can model off, and then develop the habits thats required, daily discipline is crucial for your success.
This is an unstoppable formula for success.
I'm assuming you are on the path to success whatever that means for you, i have one advice amongst many.
DON'T EVER GIVE UP. The rewards are so damn great. Have fun, don't take it too seriously. Now Get on with your hustle.
Lesson 2 : Money Isn’t Everything :(

Does such a thing exist, when i really do live events the ones come up to me, instantly they place me over a pedestal as if i’m some perfect guy, one guy even thought to me i’m just like a God to him. * i wanted to strangle him *
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. never put people on a pedestal. Everything you placed on a pedestal is always going to be over the budget.
Don’t idolise people. Because they're just people
Simply because folks have some things better than you, doesn’t mean they may be said to be put on something out of this world, they are still in this world, and it’s feasible for you too. When i meet immensely successful people i then just determine i'd like what they've got, i recently gotta learn and model off them.
I’ve realised that whole thing is simply a journey, your vacation, my journey, many people are on a journey, i respect everyone, not just a millionaire or even a billionaire but the guy who got pitched by his uncle to join Amway, or some other MLM and it is attempting to recruit his relatives and buddies. I applaud you to have the very center to take on the fierce realm of entrepreneurship.
I don’t look down upon anyone, unless they're shorter than me, duhh. lol.
I’m just like my amazing maid links to my home using a beautiful smile to clean once per week, i just do different things, that’s all.
Anyway returning to my point, i am still human, i still go thru shit, challenges, relationship trouble, employee headaches, procrastination periods, anxiety, worry, troubles on what i’m i doing, how i’m i carrying it out, everything stuff.
You're always going to be a human, therefore you will usually possess some shit not work out, for me last 6 months was my relationship, now that’s cleared, now i’m taking care of my health, and my business and my vision.
That’s what life is.
Coping with, scratch that - FIGHTING the contests, hahahah!
My well being is not dictated due to the fact much money i make or the desire to simply have numbers, it’s the experiences, the liberty, a chance to hand back - i want to begin to build schools to guide orphans, i actually do some such things as that, but it’s not enough i want to give more back.
You can’t profit the poor if you are one of which this little bit of wisdom may be bound to me for a long time.
Provided that I am learning, growing, & evolving, adding value to other people along this “temporary” Journey called life… I know I’m in which I must be.
Cash is just one single part of one’s life company, it’s important - but not the main, well that’s debatable based on your own personal values of hierarchy.
Lesson 3 : Motion Creates Momentum.
Momentum Gets You Results
Focus on gaining momentum, yes - there are programs, systems which can help you get results within 30-90 days, but sometimes it will lead you longer, so bloody stay with it.
Success is not something just get up and obtain, it’s something you need to operate your ass off for, it’s something 90% of people don’t do and that’s why they suffer from obligations and therefore are usually broke and in short supply of money, that leads with a fear-based, scarcity minded existence.
I give myself 30-90 days for almost any business to achieve momentum, but remember i've spent more money by myself education to perfect things i do than the inexperienced will most likely earn in the lifetime.
This really is one of the biggest killers of success and i'm guilty of it too, now i just don’t do anything else if i can’t commit 90+ days into it.
Lesson 4 : The ability of Keeping Money & My Ridiculous “I Deserve A Slap” $30,000 Monthly Spending Habit
It’s not all dandy-candy, When investing in the puzzles nailed down and You’ll begin to make a lot of money after you get momentum - yes, more cash than you ever made before….
More income than all your family, friends, cousins, relatives come up with - when you do that, or should i say before you do that, you must ALWAYS know this….
Always know the difference between Gross, Net and how much you can re-invest. My costs have sometimes gone of up to $200,000 monthly.
It’s scary, initially it really is - then you definitely get used to it - as well as the only thing that matters is keeping those funds.
I’m learning a lot relating to this now.
There’s an art to getting Money and most importantly KEEPING IT. It’s easy to get your spending outta control, when you think that you own an unlimited budget, and you're untouchable.
Yes, i personally thought that for some time. Generating millions than ever before, i thought i possibly could just lay on my ass for 6 months, complacency kills. Laziness and complacency - the 2 dirty sabotages of success…
I thought i’d never get lazy, and that i did plus it cost me thousands and thousands of dollars in cash.

Plus it fucking hurt, yes it did - i felt sick to my stomach, i'd felt robbed not since i spent a whole lot, but additional factors which were at play….
Luckily i've got a mind will be able to process certain things quickly, like setbacks and challenges, and once you, i had been over it. Gratitude opens the center and prayer relives anxiety and worry for me personally.
So that’s a few things i do much more of to maintain me grounded. If you aren’t spiritual - find something external that’ll help ya.

I had just found out i just was spending $30,000 per month / £20,000 monthly on stuff, stuff we have not even attempt to show for, fancy dinners, toys, and that i don’t even see myself as somebody who is materialistic, go figure…
i have no idea why i used to be spending that, or the actual way it accumulated up to now, after 6 months of ridiculous spending too much money, after doing accounts again - i got slapped up and woken up. You can forget.
I don’t like budgeting as it kinda defies the point of why i’m in operation, however start to see the power, value and intelligence behind it and so now things are changing
It adds up and could be detrimental to ones success, one time i was first a new and that i had made my first six figures - the initial 2 yrs all the money i needed made,i'd blown it.
Fancy £400 dinners, fake-friends, partying, wasting endless time, and hanging with all the wrong people.
It left me with - £286 (Minus) in my Barclays Bank account. That sucked.
I remember thinking though - i’ll get this to back plus more, because…
I've a SPECIAL DEEP Relationship WITH MY TARGET MARKET…
And i understand how to market.
Still, the year after i did like a million bucks in sales.
Overall, i'm still researching keeping money, investing etc. It’s a new growth, learning curve. Lesson 5 : Develop a Group of A-Players & Get An accountant los angeles
That jogs my memory, on the topic of having money, hire competent those who can manage your numbers, you have to continually be taking a look at your numbers, each day - multiple times a day, understand resource allocation.
Hiring and creating a team provides you with freedom, but also plenty of damn headache, stress, worry, problems should they aren’t the best person and when you aren’t the proper kind of person to manage them.
Ultimately Delegation continues to be one of my biggest secrets to success, over a typical day i would spend 30-90 mins e-mailing my list, yes i e-mail everyday.
Each email is worth around $10,000 in my experience, so i spend some time crafting that e-mail. I can’t delegate this, nor should i wish to - i have influence during these subscribers and clients and that i respect them as well much to ever outsource this.
Some of my subscribers happen to be with me ever since i was a newbie. lol.
Five years.
Pretty much, anything else is delegated, i don’t pay my own bills, open my letters, structure my live events, book my flights or hotels etc.
Well, it was like this for the last 4 years - now i’m systemising everything much more that less individuals are involved and many more is delegated.
Focus on running a lean, mean profit machine. Cut body fat off while focusing on high leverage tasks, clients, processes, systems, people, marketing and your marketplace.
I actually do gotta add that you have to also be about the advantages from the law
My buddy Kelly Felix (The Rich Jerk Guy) shared some ugly stories therefore i went and hired a solid-accountant to assist you manage your taxes, costs, and invoices.
That shit scared me.
These things are Should do - you’ll start growing really fast and the next thing you understand, you gotta cope with employee payroll and shit, it could get messy.
I’ve lost a lot of money when this, and it hasn’t been pretty. I’ve made some embarassing, yet very embracing mistakes. You reside and discover.
Maybe i’ll share that at a later date.
But i’m alive, i have the ability to smile, pray, read, talk, move, breathe - and really everyday above ground is success personally, that alone makes me the richest person.
Lesson 5 : Produce a Personality That’ll Give You Power, Respect, Influence, Income & Security
A growing number of i’m since the web Marketing, business market is being more personal effortlessly this social media marketing stuff, you have the energy to make your personal tribe (more for the reason that somewhat later)
Use your personality to improve online conversions, to attract well matched people, to grow your own personal tribe and cultivate them, help them to succeed…
Develop yourself right into a friendly, trustable expert and advisor inside your marketplace.
Then add personality - learn who to share with stories, if you aren’t funny, then discover ways to be funny, for those who have crooked teeth, then get a teeth fixed, if you're boring, discover ways to be interesting and being INTERESTED in others.
These are all bits of advice i either paid to understand, or learned via implementing day-to-day.
people jump in and get noticed of the profession, well i did before after i heard other people, lol, now i truly don’t much. Attention remains safe and secure and so i remain focused on who i want / must serve.
As a personality on the internet is something i learned from Dan Kennedy many years ago.
Present with individuals is magical, whether its online or offline, practice being PRESENT and in the moment which means - log off the damn Facebook and social networking and obtain practising being present, the very best relationships that i have built and continue building is really because i am always as being a TED rather than a THING (due to Jesse Elder for teaching this little bit of wisdom if you ask me!)
Concentrate on being thinking about others, than simply wanting to be interesTING and give your attention, presence and to other people whenever you communicate, it’s hard, but very worthwhile, especially if you get this amazing ego. just FYI
Then when you practise in the minute with your prospects, clients and students, you go through a deeper degree of empathy that they'll really appreciate. Business grows really fast when you are this. Lesson 7 : Pigs Don’t Know They Stink & Pigs Don’t Fly Too..
Surround yourself with people you need to be like. This is probably the most valuable words of advice i ever got, you feel the common of the 5 people you surround yourself with.
Here is the fastest way to start making the final results you want, today i've got a circle of 7-8-9 figure friends which can be doing pretty well for their own reasons.
I want a company like theirs - and so i surround myself using them. I want to avoid costly mistakes, and so i surround myself using them.
Once you think that you might be hitting a roadblock, employ a mentor, a teacher, a consultant, i’ve been doing this shit for soo several years, it blows my head - that most people don’t get it done.
This can be certainly one of my top biggest secrets man. I recently buy shit i want to learn. I drop my ego, my pride, my disempowering stories of “i know already that” - well should you did, then why aren’t you in which you desire to be…
You’ll always be learning, so i embrace this along time ago. As opposed to going thru courses and programs and training (which i still do btw) i have found owners and masters of topics i want to learn and do “Mini Brain Exchanges”….
After which that learning becomes something i fill my days with.

Yes, i fast-tracked my way into healing myself after i understood this was a new experience and i simply didn’t possess the skills, the competence or perhaps the confidence yet to beat this challenge.

Lesson 8 : Being Alone Made Me Rich
Spend time alone. Spend some time in solitude enables you to reboot/restart your brain and unwind. This refreshes, and energizes you again in your perspective on life.
I spend SOOOOOOOO a lot of time alone, i don’t find many individuals accomplish that. And when i’m alone i'd often walk approximately random strangers, usually elderly people and talk to them, let them have attention and seek wisdom and life lessons they are able to give me.
It can make life much simpler.
Constantly being “on” and being reactive to others doesn’t lengthy mind and brain an opportunity to rest and replenish and nourish itself.
Being alone with yourself with no distractions offers you the chance to clear the mind, focus, and think and do more clearly, effectively and much more efficiently. Damn, look at this - this web site post is taking me like Three hours to create and it’s maybe because i’m by myself…
Travelling alone, spending some time alone is really a beautiful thing hardly any people understand. I know because a large amount of men and women always inform me - why do you travel alone ? lol.
Since I travel the planet 90% of times by myself, i will meet strangers, we have confidence to spark a conversion with anyone everyone at any time so i don’t need to be lonely if i don’t wish to.
And really i really like my very own company! HAHAHAH. lol.
Spending some time alone, using a notepad- journal - offline, with no internet as well as in “Real Life”, walk around, spend more time with nature and nourish yourself, love yourself, that's where breakthru’s, clarity of thinking hails from, at least personally anyway.
Pray. (if that’s look!)
I go Mosque up to i can, sometimes due to my travelling i can’t, but i’ll take a prayer mat and pray - in my accommodation.
However always spend time in deep prayer.
When i go thru challenges, frustrations and problems in everyday life - i really do seek coaching, guidance and wisdom from others, yet i usually do spend some time on myself usually afterwards to analyse, get clarity and obtain my mojo on
I realised spending some time alone, i buy to essentially develop my clear thinking with techniques that we don’t do when I’m with friends, business peeps, family, i gotta get away and invest some time by myself.

Damn, this piece of advice makes me waste more money on myself than most people even earn, and that’s not to brag - it’s to show you how committed i will be to my growth.
This season alone i’ve more likely to attend events / masterminds worth at least $100k+.
I never restrain in buying myself.
I have met some super-uber smart somebody that has got the best bargain in the corporate world yet, they don’t own their greatness in terms of an internet business, often getting overwhelmed, quitting prematurely and not staying the course until the end.
There are endless stories of folks that had nothing and went ahead and created big empires, study from them, learn from them, buy their stuff, visit their events, hang out with them.

Having a beautifully shaped self-confidence increases your skill to go forward, fail fast, and at it, you understand internally you're the man and you don’t need anyone’s validation or approval.
Naturally the greater results you obtain, the harder confidence you will get in your abilities, within your communication, your posture and the way you carry yourself.
However, you need to have it in your head ALREADY and live confidently to draw what you want.
I seriously couldn’t give a toss what anyone thinks about me, they do their thing, i’ll do mine. I don’t compare myself to anyone, tonight i’m meeting a billionaire for supper.
But these are simply people and i also appreciate, respect what they do where they are at, however that don’t mean i’m any small compared to them. When you result from that place in which you own your greatness and you're simply in deep appreciation of who you are without all of the “stuff”….
Then you be a little magical ball of awesomeness.
After i started deciding i will do things i want within this industry, i broke records, became top earner, charged more income for services than anyone else, altered the landscape for several aspects and helped many people have more results than with other things.
Probably the most successful people i am aware also appear to have the most amount of self confidence, self esteem - you prefer your lot results in self confidence which results in someone taking more action and then believing in themselves and then

Be it, develop it, live it and encourage others along with your confidence. Lesson 11 : Oh, Uh - No, No No Sunshine! Don’t Hire Friends & Family…
Hire ONLY A Players, the existing rule of hiring and outsourcing stuff - hire slow, fire fast is the thing that you need to live by.
We have probably made more mistakes than i will count, employing friends, family, firing then re-hiring the identical people, arghhhhhhhh.
You need to develop yourself and also the team as you go along, some won’t be growing as fast as you, let them have time, nurture them that assist them grow so when it’s time - then you can grow apart or you can keep them on.
Although we have generated huge amounts of money in this sell for myself, i will tell you i’ve probably lost more because of hiring the wrong people. We have suffered from a number of anxiety, craziness, worry due to the wrong people that we have hired and i’ve hired a number of.
Lol.
My new thing that i learned is to Recruit Talent, rather than just Developing it.
You just gotta smile, learn, embrace this and move forward with the learning’s, i’ve started learning far more about building teams, after all i still generated around $5 Million in sales in the last 4-5 years having a very small team - less than 5 people.
They helped to get to stage 1, doesn’t mean they will help you get to stage 2. This is challenging to get, people will not grow as fast as you, plus you've got being comfortable with that, you gotta be happy with letting go, firing, having that uncomfortable conversation.
On the next 5-7 years, I want to build various businesses and be inside the $100million mark. I’ll accomplish that (I’A)

Developing “Thick Skin” is among the greatest assets you can have in your life plus business, when you're not phased by competition, what others consider you, what others say, whoever they may be, you begin and live from the location of owning your greatness.
I welcome criticism / feedback, nevertheless it never affects me, people see the world since they are not as the planet since it is.
My industry, the tiny Website marketing / Multi-level marketing / Home-based business Industry absolutely rocks, it will help people become real personal growth powerhouses of course, if anyone really sticks by using it, the nation's possible ways to help people make huge amount of money.
Oh company, its immensely profitable and this lets you create a true passive income if you actually do the task properly. Yes, autopilot income or whatever other “Insert Hype Word Here” kinda income exists using the multi-level marketing arena.

Lots of people on this industry will look down at MLM’s / Network Marketing / Direct Sales business models and also have some type of stupid viewpoint on this, it’s soo stupid and backwards.
Even Robert Kiyosaki and Donald Trump have commended should they would begin from scratch they'd enter the joy of Multi-level marketing.
But, returning to the stupid people with stupid views….
Really they….
1) had some bad experience with others marketing in their mind
2) they joined one when they was young and new and couldn’t ensure it is in to a success
SYSTEMS WORK. PEOPLE FAIL.
I got into this industry and then made my first million for the reason that space, i continued to generate millions more OUTSIDE of this space, so again systems work, people fail.
After i would be a newbie and i’d follow these so named Big Marketers always looking down and talking shit about home-based businesses etc, it might create a great deal controversy within me and cause friction. Sometimes i wouldn’t want to do anything since i felt what's going to my buddies think about me and just what will those big marketers think about me…
Then i basically said Screw Em.
I’ll do things i want
And that’s after i had been a millionaire.
I’d just simply take them out from my life, now i ignore them - mainly really because their words haven't any impact or no value in my experience.
AKA i couldn’t provide a shit on them.
Each to their own, and i respect everyone - i’ll always love the home business industry, if you're within it, don’t quit, don’t stop, learn things that Top Earners are doing and you'll reap the rewards of your greatest dreams.
Funny, how some of the biggest marketers now join me inside these home based business opportunities, yes even with pen names. You’ll be very surprised as to what number of choices in it.

Lesson 13 : Superhuman Protection From the Only One Finite Resource
Ahhh yes, this - it’s why i don’t meet random people for tea, coffee or lunches. Even though they pay for it.

It’s because i’m protective of my most valuable, scarce resource : TIME.
I value my time a lot, where i don’t prefer to waste it on anything that doesn’t fulfil me.

I never is going to be some of those people who says, oh i will have spent more time with my family. After travelling alot, i’ve seen most people just aren’t in “touch” with their families, their siblings and so i designed a very conscious decision to always be devoted to be with my loved ones, serve them well. I’m very grateful for the kids.
Even without much on this planet, my loved ones gives me a great deal richness and joy.
Buying time enables you to accomplish that, it enables you to take several months off work and still get money like a BAWSS. Wait, is that the way you spell it. lol.
